Governor Spanberger released Virginia’s Data Center Accountability Framework, a detailed, wide-ranging plan to address many of the impacts facing communities in crisis today from the rapidly growing industry. The announcement included the signing of Executive Order 22 and a policy platform to be introduced this upcoming General Assembly session.
