The Virginia Housing Alliance released a report highlighting the impact of programs through the Housing Innovations in Energy Efficiency (HIEE) funds, which are funded through Virginia’s Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative proceeds.
The report includes maps of where energy efficiency money from RGGI has been distributed and stories about people and communities that have benefited from the funding.
