Bill of the Day: Oppose Chemical Conversion (SB1164)

SB1164 will not reduce plastic waste, but instead will reduce state regulatory oversight over harmful, pollution-producing facilities, allowing them free rein to locate near Virginia's most vulnerable populations.

SCC Finalizes Improvements to Dominion’s Energy Saving Programs

The State Corporation Commission (SCC) released its final order in Dominion’s energy efficiency case. The ruling contains a slate of Dominion Energy programs that will help customers save energy and money. It also sets parameters in place to ensure Dominion tracks and meets each programs’ goals.
