ROUNDUP: ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY INCREASES CHESAPEAKE BAY PROGRAM FUNDING TO $85 MILLION Yesterday, Congress announced the funding of $85 million to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Chesapeake Bay Program (CBP) for FY20.
