Election years provide non-profits great opportunities to highlight issues and interact with voters & candidates. However, 501(c)3 non-profits cannot support or oppose candidates, and must avoid the appearance or reality of electioneering and other partisan activity, particularly in public and social media communications.

Join Virginia Conservation Network, Bolder Advocacy, and the Analyst Institute for our Advocacy During an Election Year two-part training series for our Network Partners.
