KICKOFF & MORNING PROGRAM (7:45-8:30 AM)
Join us at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 815 E Grace St, Richmond, VA 23219.
- 7:45 AM: Packet pickup begins. Coffee and light breakfast fare will be available.
- 8:00 AM: Legislators will join us to provide brief remarks.
LEGISLATOR-CONSTITUENT MEETINGS (8:45-11:30 AM)
In-person lobby meetings will be held at the new General Assembly Building throughout the morning. You are welcome to join us back at St. Paul’s Episcopal (815 E Grace St, Richmond, VA 23219) between your meetings to meet up with your district teams and to pick up your registration materials if needed.
- You will be joined by advocates in your district to meet with your legislator, their Chief of Staff, or their Legislative Aide for a short meeting.
- You should expect the meeting to run as short as 5 minutes and likely no longer than 15 minutes. When you arrive, ask for a time check and remember to keep your points succinct and focused.
LUNCH & DEBRIEF (11:30 AM-2:00 PM)
Lunch will be served from 11:30 AM-2:00 PM at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.
From 12-1 PM, VCN will host lunch programming – TBD.
