Virginia Conservation Network Partner organizations that are in good standing are welcome to visit and work from our office. Doors are open 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. VCN staff may be available to come in early or stay late as requested by Partners for specific events – just ask!
If you need to reserve one of the VCN conference rooms, you can do so here. Conference room reservations are free for VCN Network Partners. Virginia non-profit organizations that are not a VCN partner can rent the large conference room for $300 for a full day or $150 for a half day.

- Large Conference Room: Can hold up to 25. Up to 10 tables and 25 chairs.
Hybrid Meeting Technology
- Large Conference Room: TV, Meeting Owl (for hybrid meetings), VCN Laptop, and 2 whiteboards.
- Small Conference Area: TV and Meeting Owl (for hybrid meetings) and a small whiteboard.
Co-working spaces
- Grab a desk to get some work done in one of our coworking spaces! (Headphones are recommended for virtual calls.)

Policies
- Please leave the room as you found it, but feel free to move tables and chairs around during your reservation.
- Clean up your trash at the end of the meeting. Therre are trashcans and recycling bins in the large conference room and the kitchen.
- Wash all used cups, mugs, plates, utensils, etc in the kitchen.
- VCN follows CDC guidance for COVID. Ahead of your gathering, please check current recommendations for protection.
