Advocate for Environmental Action at Water & Conservation Lobby Day!
Advocates gathered for a morning kickoff with legislators at our Conservation Lobby Day last year
The Virginia Conservation Network (VCN)’s annual Conservation Lobby Day is your chance to lobby with fellow advocates in your district for environmental action that matters most to you.
This year, we’re partnering with the Chesapeake Bay Foundation (CBF) and our many dedicated Network Partners to host two exciting, full days of advocacy in the Capitol instead of just one!
We encourage you to register for both days, but if you’re passionate about Clean Water & Flood Resilience, you won’t want to miss Water Lobby Day on January 30th. You can still talk about water issues at Conservation Lobby Day on January 31st, too, including all the other policy suggestions in Our 2024 Common Agenda and more.
Making it easier to advocate for environmental action
Leading up to Water & Conservation Lobby Day, attendees will receive:
- Tips on how to speak with your legislators
- Talking points for environmental policy solutions
- Calendar invites for in-person meetings with your legislators and fellow advocates at the new General Assembly Building in Richmond.
Registration closes on Wednesday, January 24th, at midnight, so make sure to register soon!
