The Executive Branch
Executive branch of government is the part of government that has sole authority and responsibility for the daily administration of the state bureaucracy.
Virginia's State Agencies
Regulatory agencies are tasked with implementing the laws passed by the Legislature and the Executive branch. Through regulation promulgation and rule making procedures, agencies turn laws into policy.
